Yandex.money Api Module Is Now Integrated Into All Worksforweb Classified Scripts

The CIS and Russian classified website owners-to-be should now rejoice, because some good news is headed their way. To be more specific, the intrepid classified software script developers of Works for Web have now included the Yandex.Money API module add-on in all their top scripting products, which include the iRealty, iAuto, and iLister programs as well as variants like the iLister Pets and iAuto Bikes.

This module is a continuation of WorksforWebs efforts to provide unique regional experience for classified website owners, while preserving the worldwide universality of the classified solutions.
The module comes in line with the RTL template sets for the Middle East market, country packages for UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. This time, it is the regional payment scheme exclusive for the Russian Federation and CIS countries.

There are many advantages to having the Yandex.Money payment gateway module added to WorksforWeb products. Chief among them is the fact that Russian consumers could now offer Yandex.Money (.) as a payment option without going through custom integration of payment gateways native to the country. Furthermore, unlike non-region-specific international payment systems, Yandex.Money API is also partnered with all sorts of national and local banks within the CIS and Russian Federation region, which ensures payment convenience for a vast majority of Russian WorksforWeb classified website owners.

The Yandex.Money module ensures that all Russian WorksforWeb.com customers will be catered to regardless of their choice in banks or their location within CIS countries or the Russian Federation. It is no wonder that CIS and Russian Federation users specifically requested for the inclusion of payment gateways like Yandex.Money.

Indeed, a Russian regional payment gateway such as Yandex.Money has a number of advantages over international ones primarily because depositing and withdrawing payments via Yandex.Money API is extremely easy for customers. Additionally, there is no need to worry about currency exchange rates because all payments conducted with Yandex.Money come in Russian Roubles.

Russian and CIS residents will enjoy a secure payment system with multiple protective layers and defensive measures that ensure that the transaction data remain safe and private. Yandex.Money supports payment deposits and withdrawals from a vast network of banks, payment institutions, and payment integration solutions within the Russian Federation or in the majority of CIS countries.

Obviously, the absence of language barriers is an important benefit to the residents of this huge landmass in Europe and Asia. WorksforWebs solutions feature easy-to-configure Yandex.Money module settings, and the registration procedure to sign up for the service is straightforward enough to be done by most novices.

As of today, the Russian customers are among the first to benefit from the convenience of having their own standardized payment gateway for all WorksforWeb classified software scripts. However, other modules that target specific regions, countries are also coming up in the very near future to give the customers even more reasons to choose the best classifieds software solutions from WorksForWeb.

Inflation and Interest Rates Simplified From The Reserve Bank’s Monetary Policy Statement

Two major topics discussed in the Reserve Banks 39-page September Monetary Policy Statement (MPS) are inflation and interest rates. In June, the Bank forecasted inflation to be 4.5% this year. The latest forecast from the Bank expects inflation to be 0.7% lower at 3.8%. Additionally, the Banks 2011 inflation forecast has been reduced from 2.9% to 2.4%.

The lower inflation forecasts are not out of the blue given the lower economic growth projections announced by the Reserve Bank. Factors attributable to the muted inflation pressures include: weaker consumer demand, basically non-existent lending growth, unemployment figures at over 5%, reductions in house prices and deleveraging.

The Bank stated that it will look through the impact on inflation as a result of the increase in GST, the Emissions Trading Scheme, plus other related tax changes. The Bank forecasts that an additional 2.7% will be added to inflation as a result of these former factors, with the Consumer Price Index crowning at 4.8% in June 2011. Taking aside these factors, the underlying inflation rate would be 2.1%.

It is important to note the following stern warning delivered by the Bank in the September MPS. If the factors mentioned above begin to influence individuals behaviour, then the Bank will move quickly to increase interest rates. Price setting will be monitored, as will wage negotiations and surveys of inflationary expectations to gauge if there is evidence that the bump in inflation is becoming ingrained. If this is the case, it can be expected that fast and material increases in the Official Cash Rate (OCR) will follow.

Regarding interest rates, the theme is the same as with economic growth and inflation lower for longer. Unlike the June MPS, the Bank now expects interest rates to rise a lot more slowly. This links back to the Banks cuts to GDP and inflation estimates. The June MPS forecasted interest rates to rise 3.1 % over the next two years, up from the then current level of 3.0% to 6.1% by the end of 2012.

According to the September MPS, the Bank now estimates interest rates to rise by only half as much. 90-day bank bills are forecast to increase from their current 3.2% to be 4.1% in December 2011 an increase of just 1.4%.

If you have a floating mortgage, this reduction in the increase of estimated interest rates will be good news. Although, as the Bank does point out in the September MPS, it expects to increase the OCR over the next few years, the pace and extent of these increases will be lower than forecast in the June MPS.

Money Plant Tree – The Simple Way To Attact Wealth

In case you are seeking a simple way to draw in more wealth and money into your life, start by obtaining a money plant tree. This attractive indoor plant is often used as a feng shui tool to assist with finances. The way it appears has special significance and is great in any area of a home or business. It also goes by its botanical name ‘pachira acquatica’ and is generally not naturally shaped the way it is. This unique plant is a combination of several plants with intertwined stems that appear like they have been braided. It had been first created in the 1980’s and grew in popularity internationally because of its symbolism of the five elements in feng shui.

Plenty of people have adopted this beautiful plant and used it for attracting money. You will find five leaves that branch out from each one of the stems, these are said to represent the five elements wood, water, metal, earth and fire. The five leaves on each stem is meant to symbolize the elements in perfect harmony. This makes the money tree the right tool to use for just about any part of a room or entire home which has unbalanced ‘qi’ or energy. Simply locate the region that needs help with a bagua map and place a money tree where it is needed.

The best places for the money tree are areas that have anything to do with money or wealth. As an example in the home, the preferred spot for this plant is near a safe deposit box. Businesses would benefit from having this plant near its cash register. A specific room in the home that may need a money tree would be the home office. This is where you conduct business so it definitely doesn’t hurt to have an abundance of funds in this particular area. Money trees are wonderful gifts for anyone who is starting a new business.

These plants are relatively easy to care for. They can grow to 7 inches and have a very long lifespan. Regular watering and a bit of sunlight is all that is required to look after them. Direct sun exposure is bad, since it will dry out the leaves so keep them in areas with dim lighting. Water the money trees just enough every time and let the soil dry out before watering again. Too much water will cause the leaves to brown and fall off. Avoid misting the leaves directly as that causes the leaves to fall out as well. With the proper care and right location, these plants may be just what you will need to generate the type of success you have been hoping for.

The Real Deal With Bank Properties Listings

While there are indeed many bargains that can be found in the foreclosures market, you should not expect that every property that appears in bank properties listings is a bargain. There are many factors that could drive property prices either up or down. Knowing how to appreciate the market as well as the forces that move behind foreclosures and the entire real estate industry can level your expectations. When dealing with bank properties in particular, take note of the following as smart guides so that you may be able to purchase properties wisely.

The Real Deal With Bank Offerings

It is a common notion that bank properties are the safest to buy in the foreclosures market, owing to its ability to erase all liens and transfer clean, good property titles to the buyer. However, despite the screaming ads that boast of low prices and steep discounts, you should be aware that banks do not pass everything on a golden plate.

When pricing a property and before putting up in bank properties listings, the bank would usually price it almost near to what it is worth, unless it foresees that the property would hardly sell in the market. To attract buyers, banks would commonly employ marketing strategies that would entice the average buyer. This includes offering the property as a move-in-ready property or including some furniture with the sale or even waiving some of its closing costs.

Also, while banks generally aim for quick sales, this does not mean that they jump in on every offer that they receive for a property. In fact, many foreclosures stay on the market for several months before signs of its being sold even become apparent. The main reason is because it could take weeks or even months for a bank to respond to a buyers offer. And when it does, it almost always makes a counter-offer which could again prolong the negotiation.

Another thing to be aware of when dealing with bank properties is the fact that defects in property conditions are hardly disclosed by the banks. This is understandable, since many state laws do not or even exempt them from disclosure liability. Another reason is that banks could not be expected to know the condition of all the properties in its inventory.

Finally, when looking at bank properties listings, bear in mind that there are very few banks that will offer or even entertain pre-closing repairs. If you think that you can insert the deal at any time in your negotiations, you may be in for a surprise. The way to deal with this is to do your own inspection and approximate the repair costs to determine its level of acceptability to you.

An increasing surge of jobs in the banking sector

These days wherever you turn it is hard to avoid hearing people talk about the financial crisis and its implications. Almost all news items contain some links to it, and within employment issues the consequences are still very much felt. But has the recession had any impact on the way job seekers perceive working within banking or finance roles?

Despite the crisis people still seem to be very keen to work within banking or finance. Amongst the majority of the population it is safe to say that the reputation of banks has taken a hit, but amongst job seekers working for a bank or a financial institution remains very much desirable. Jobs for these companies are considered to be very prestigious as they still have the best technologies, the best systems and the best rewards compared to other sectors. Because of this the highest achievers still look to work for banks or financial institutions.

What else attracts people to work in finance or banking roles? Relative to other sectors these types of roles tend to have more responsibility and involve a lot of problem solving skills. Besides that they get a chance to work with people, there are opportunities to travel and to go out for meetings, and these roles also tend to offer possibilities for fast advancement. All these factors combined make these roles very challenging and interesting for the highest achievers.

So what has changed within the banking and finance sector? There seems to be a change in the expectations of employees that broadly run along the line of the generations. You could say that the employee profile is slowly evolving from what is called -Generation X’ to -Generation Y’. Within these generations the expectations they have of their employers are very different. Generation X will want to know -What is in it for me’, while Generation Y expects great workplace flexibility as well as wanting extremely fast progression and are less willing to work their way up slowly.

The profile of employees within the banking and finance sectors is changing, however this is due to a change in mentality that runs alongside the generations more than being caused by the financial crisis.
